Leif Hartwig is the Founder and CEO of WealthVP. He draws on more than three decades in the fields of software entrepreneurship and finance. He founded many businesses in the corporate software industry, including SquadPod. TruQuest Corporation, which Leif established and launched, is a corporate coaching program that has helped firms like State Farm, Nationwide, and Prudential bring in billions of dollars in revenue.

Leif has also gathered more than $200m from individual investors. In 2017, Leif was named Scottsdale's Best Small Business by the Sterling Awards, and in 2016, he was named the Best Innovative Software Collaboration Company in the United States by the Aragon Awards. Leif was the head of the Tucson, Arizona branch of the American Heart Association and a member of the Tucson Medical Foundation's board of directors.

Leif attended the University of Arizona and earned a BS in Business Administration.
